The inaugural show of the Semilonghair Cat Club of Queensland was held at the Chambers Flat Community Centre on Saturday 17th November 2012 with approximately 120 entries. The show was sponsored by Royal Canin and OzPet.

Our panel of judges consisted of Janis Christison who judged our Semilonghair Specialty Ring, Margaret Sim (NSW CFA), Denise Figg (QFA) and Ray Clark (QFA) judging all Longhair Exhibits, Fiona Cooper (TFA NSW), Maureen Norberry (NSW CFA) and Barbara LaRocca (QFA) judging all Shorthair Exhibits and QFA Companion judges Robbie Walker, Julie Maas and Kerstin Jones.
